When we joined REAL in 2022, we knew we were aligning with a brokerage that believed in empowering agents through technology and community. In our first year, we embraced the learning curve. By year two, we hit our stride—earning #1 Small Team in Canada across all three categories: Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for 2023 and 2024 we are thrilled to maintain our top 20 status as the company grows and continue to attract outstanding agents!
