Elizabeth’s journey into real estate was inspired by her parents: “Growing up surrounded by construction and renovation projects, real estate became part of who I am. It felt natural to carve out my own path in this world, and becoming a REALTOR® was the perfect fit.” Over the years, she has bought and sold revenue properties in Medicine Hat and across Canada, developing a keen interest in income generating properties as well as investment.
In addition to her personal achievements, Elizabeth has built and leads a highly successful real estate team that proudly earned the distinction of being #1 in Canada for 2023 and 2024. Favorite Room to Stage: Chelsey tend to find herself picking the room with the most difficult furniture placement! She love to challenge herself to make the space inviting and functional.
Go-To Trick: Hanging curtains to the highest point possible and extending the rod fully to create a bigger looking space. She love to use white sheers to create texture, but let the light filter in.
Pro Tip: Declutter and Depersonalize. Having the home stage free of clutter helps to appeal to the largest amount of buyers on the market!

Assistant to Elizabeth McNally — and the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps everything running smoothly. She supports Elizabeth day to day, assists clients, and jumps in wherever the team needs her. From planning conferences to keeping social media on track (and keeping everyone caffeinated as the office’s unofficial barista), Kelsea loves making things happen.
After 10 years as a restaurant manager, she understood her passion: people and connection. A true extrovert, she’s energized by meeting new faces and learning all she can about the Real Estate Industry.
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Kelsea’s love for her hometown runs deep — she jokes that her family’s six-year move away was just to confirm the grass wasn’t greener. She loves exploring local events, being outdoors, doing yoga, creating and crafting, and spending time with her energetic 4-year-old. She’s owned a few small businesses - most recently a decorated cookie business. When she’s not baking she’s cooking… and vice versa.
