Saskatchewan has always felt close to home — with so many incredible people from the province now living, working, and investing right here in Medicine Hat and across Alberta, this expansion feels like a natural next step in connecting our communities.

We’re thrilled to share some big news—Real Estate Collective has a brand new home in the heart of downtown Medicine Hat! We are proud to officially relocate the REAL Broker Medicine Hat office to 620 2nd Street SE, a space designed to inspire, connect, and collaborate.

We’re feeling extra thankful as we reflect on what’s been an incredible season of growth for our real estate team here in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area.
